Located on a prominent corner in the Tribeca Historic District, the new six-story, 23,000 square foot building was designed with the proportions of the surrounding 1800’s warehouse buildings. Approved by the Landmarks Commission, the building’s windows and façade evoke images of pre-war industrial buildings that defines this section of Tribeca. With 14-foot high ceilings, each unit has windows providing sweeping views of the city.  The recessed entry court and the residential lobby runs the full height of the building to create a dramatic entrance while enhancing the façade.
