This newly constructed 2,500 square foot house is situated along the Bay in Fire Island. Comprised of two-stories, a pool, and multiple levels of sundecks, the house is situated to take advantage of the impressive water-side views.  The traditional Shingle Style house consists of a main rectangular volume, which contains the 16-foot high living/dining space with views to the bay in the distance. At the lower level the family room and kitchen overlook the pool entry. Natural light is captured through the expansive windows in the main space, while maintaining a level of privacy.
