This Private Residence is a new 2,100 square foot two-story residence with spectacular views of the Bay from every room. The house features an open plan with a pool, sundecks, and multiple outdoor spaces from each bedroom.  Maintaining the existing vernacular of the island, the Shingle Style house is surrounded by lush landscaping creating a hidden oasis along the Bay. The house consists of a main L-shaped volume, which wraps around the exterior terrace and pool deck. The stair is enclosed in a dramatic tower off the entry allowing natural light to filter through to each level.
